This is the full canonical series the Inflation Calculator reads: 1,362 published monthly observations and 113 official BLS annual averages, not seasonally adjusted. Unpublished months are recorded and never interpolated. A shorter window of the same series — 2023-07 – 2026-07, 36 observations — is what each geography page displays; it is a presentation scope, not the calculator's data limit. Separately, a second and independent retrieval through the BLS Public Data API (2023-07 – 2026-07, 36 observations) is checked against the canonical series; it supplies no figure a reader sees.
