What Pro includes
GovCalculator free gives you every HUD entity page with full read access. Pro unlocks workflows that go beyond a single HUD entity.
Bulk HUD entity analysis
Run affordability metrics across hundreds or thousands of HUD entities in a single operation. Compare median income, FMR, income limits, and purchasing power side by side — no manual page-by-page lookup.
CSV export
Download any entity selection as a structured CSV file. All fields from the dataset — HUD income limits, FMR, HUD Median Family Income, BLS CPI-U — ready for spreadsheet analysis or ETL pipelines.
JSON export
Export the full entity record as JSON. Ideal for developers who need the same structured payload that powers GovCalculator entity pages, alongside the shared national BLS context.
API access
Coming soonProgrammatic access to the GovCalculator dataset via a REST API. Query by HUD entity, state, or custom filters. Return formats: JSON (full record) or CSV (flat export). Rate-limited per tier.

Sign-up will be available here. In the meantime, you can explore the full HUD geography dataset for free.
GovCalculator Pro runs on exactly the same data as the free tier — the official HUD FY2026 income limit and Fair Market Rent tables, reproduced without adjustment. Derived values (rankings, medians, the FMR-to-income benchmark) are documented arithmetic, not agency determinations. IRS Publication 15-T is cited as a reference only; no federal withholding is calculated. See the dataset registry for the provenance of every served asset.
